此機型的研制開(kāi)發(fā)結合了并采用了國內外設備優(yōu)點(diǎn)，是一種集液壓氣壓伺服傳動(dòng)為一體的自動(dòng)成型裁斷堆垛一體機。主要電氣元件真空泵、PLC，采用日本及德國，確保設備運行的可靠性，可用于加工多種熱成型塑料片材，本機可生產(chǎn)PS，PVC，PET，PP，PE，HIPS等各種包裝制品材料，用于食品，醫療用品，電氣元件，旅游用品，兒童玩具，紡織業(yè)等的包裝。

This machine developed by combining the domestic and foreign equipment and advantages, is a set of hydraulic pneumatic servo drive for an automatic forming cutting stacking machine. The main electrical components, such as vacuum pump，PLC，made in Japan and Germany, ensure the reliability of the equipment operation, and can be used for hot forming process many kinds of plastic material, it can produce PS，PVC，PE，PP，PET，HIPS etc all kinds of packaging products, materials used in food, medical supplies, electrical components, tourism products, toys, textile, etc.

此設備最大優(yōu)點(diǎn)是加溫區增加為三區加熱，成型模具加大，液壓系統采用三缸，從而使生產(chǎn)效率由過(guò)去的每分鐘12模，增加到22模，產(chǎn)量增加1倍。
